Cable routing instructions
To minimize disturbances to the instrument or from the instrument to other devices, the shielding /
grounding should be routed to a shared grounding point and the cables kept as short as possible.
Disturbances can potentially caused by earth or ground loops due to incorrect cable routing. Figure 22
shows one example each of good and poor cable routing.
Attention!
Exceeding of limiting values without grounding / shielding
Adherence to the technical limiting values with respect to interference emissions and interference
resistance is ensured only with properly executed grounding. The user of the system is responsible
for compliance with legally prescribed limits (CE marking). Complete the required shielding as
described in Fig. 22.
