10 Maintenance
10.1 Overview of the maintenance work
The following maintenance instructions refer to standard steel analyses with the ONH-p 2 for 25
to 50 samples per day and 99.995% pure carrier gas. Depending on the application, the
maintenance cycle must be intensified in order to maintain the precision of the analysis results.
The following table lists the maintenance work to be carried out. The maintenance work must be
carried out on a regular basis at the specified maintenance interval or as soon as the number of
possible analyses has been reached:
