1 System Overview
1.3 CDN-DOW-DATA-HF (PN 108321)
The CDN-DOW-DATA-HF is a compact coupling-decoupling
network specifically designed to couple Slow DOW signals on
2-pair or 4-pair symmetrical high-speed communication lines.
Both 1 MHz and 100 kHz signals can be coupled in common
mode via 0.5 uF capacitors, according to IEC 60255-26. The
coupling is one pair versus another pair or versus multiple
other pairs. Each pair has a decoupling impedance as well
as protection devices to protect sensitive auxiliary equipment
from the DOW test signals.
1.4 CDN-DOW-DATA-HF18 (PN 108495)
The CDN-DOW-DATA-HF18 is a compact coupling-
decoupling network specifically designed to couple Slow
DOW signals on 2-pair or 4-pair symmetrical high-speed
communication lines. Both 1 MHz and 100 kHz signals can
be coupled in common mode via 0.5 uF capacitors, according
to IEC 61000-4-18. The coupling is all lines versus PE. Each
pair has a decoupling impedance as well as protection devices
to protect sensitive auxiliary equipment from the DOW test
signals.
1.5 ADAPTER BOX RJ45-8L (PN 108322)
The ADAPTER BOX RJ45-8L is an Ethernet adapter com-
patible with the CDN-DOW-DATA-HF and CDN-DOW-
DATA-HF18, which allows you to connect your Ethernet
devices directly to the CDNs without the need for special
cabling.
