Assignment of measured variable

Description
Use this function to select a process variable for the simulation process that is activated. The
display alternates between the measured value and a diagnostics message of the "function check"
category (C) while simulation is in progress:
The simulation value of the selected process variable is defined in the Value process
variable parameter (® ä 183).

Description
Use this function to enter a simulation value for the selected process variable. Subsequent
measured value processing and the signal output use this simulation value. In this way, users can
verify whether the measuring device has been configured correctly.

The current value of the selected process variable (at the moment the simulation is activated).
