must be logged in from Administrator Mode. (For details, refer to “Administrator Mode” on page

Current Status
The current status of the printer is displayed at the top of all Web-Based EpsonNet Config windows.
The icon displays the type of status being displayed.
Icon Status Description Examples
Ready The printer is online and either
ready to print or printing.
READY
WARMING UP
PRINTING
Warning The printer needs attention,
but printing continues.
PAPER EMPTY TRAY 1
TONER LOW C
Error The printer needs attention
before printing can resume.
REPLACE TONER
PAPER JAM TRAY2
Caution The printer needs attention,
but printing continues.
Paper Mismatch TRAY1
Fatal The printer must be rebooted.
If that doesn’t fix the error,
service is required.

Logging on to Web-Based EpsonNet Config
Login Page
User authentication, account track and language settings can be specified by using Web-Based
EpsonNet Config. In order to perform authentication, you must log on in Administrator Mode. For
details on authentication, refer to “Authentication” on page 90 and “User Authentication” on page
147.
