4.5 Disassembly of AFL
4.5.1 Separation of AFL Upper Housing Assy/AFL Lower
Housing Assy
1. Disengage the Hinge. (4.3.1 Hinge Disengagement on page 34)
2. Slide the AFL Housing Mat in the direction of the arrow, releasing it from the
socket of the AFL Unit and remove it.
3. Remove the Film Holder Assy from the AFL Unit.

4. Open the Film Ejection Cover following the steps below.
1. Push the knobs of the Film Ejection Cover from both sides.
2. Open the Film Ejection Cover.

5. Remove the seven screws (C.B.P. 3x8, 5-7 kgf.) and separate the AFL Upper
Housing Assy and the AFL Lower Housing Assy.
