Press d, and then add the fax number.
Note:
❏ To add another number, repeat steps 5 and 6.
❏ If you do not need to add recipients from the speed dial/group dial lists, press OK and go to step 10.

Press Speed Dial.
Note:
Press
Speed Dial to switch the speed dial list or group dial list.

Press u or d to select an entry number, and then press r to add phone numbers. Repeat this step to add another
entry.
Note:
To cancel adding the entry, press l.

Press OK. You see a confirmation message.

Press the x Start (B&W) button to send the fax.
Sending a fax at a specified time
Follow the instructions below to send a fax at a specified time. Use the l, r, u, or d buttons to change the LCD screen
view to find the menu, setting item, or option you want to enter.

Place your original in the Automatic Document Feeder or on the document glass.

Enter K Fax mode.

Enter a fax number. You can also use redial, speed dial, or group dial lists to select fax numbers.

Enter the x Menu.

Select Send Fax Later.
