FIRST SANITISATION

and its hydraulic circuits, in addition to
the brewing unit.
If the appliance is subject to idle periods
(weekends, etc.), even for a period of less
than two days, it is good practice to enable
the automatic washing functions (before
beginning to use the appliance).
