u Lift the work plate 4 and pull it out of the work table tray 6.
u Clean the rear side.
u Pre-disinfect both sides of the work plate.
u Press the cutting band guide upwards 5 out of the work plate, clean
and pre-disinfect.
u Clean the work table tray and pre-disinfect.
u Pull out the run-off plate 7 under the work plate tray.
u Clean the run-off plate and pre-disinfect.
8.6 Disinfecting
Disinfecting the cutting band
Attention – damage to the cutting band!
The cutting band can be rendered unusable.
u Do not kink the cutting band.
u Do not place any objects on the removed cutting band.
Once all components have been cleaned and pre-disinfected, they can be
disinfected. Prior to disinfection the cutting band must be removed as
follows:
u Pull the tensioning lever forward to relieve the cutting band tension.
u Carefully remove the cutting band.
u Fold the cutting band as follows:
