11 WARRANTY
At the moment of delivery, check that the machine and the disassembled accessories have not been damaged by
transport or handling.
Any complaints must be sent in writing to FERRI within 8 (eight) days of the date of receiving the machine, enclosing
a copy of the delivery documents countersigned by the person in charge of transport or handling.
The purchaser can exercise his rights under the warranty only if he has:
► Respected the clauses in the supply contract;
► Respected the general warranty conditions, indicated on the coupon “General Warranty Conditions”, with all
the parts lled in, and signed the DELIVERY CERTIFICATE.
For the replacement of machine parts, use only original spare parts supplied by the Manufacturer or by authorised
dealers.
When ordering spare parts, specify the data listed on the machine identication plate, in particular:
1) Series
2) Year of manufacture
3) Serial number
FERRI ensures the spare parts for a minimum period of 10 years from the end of production of the series.
11.1 VoidingoftheWarranty
THE GUARANTEE IS NO LONGER VALID WHEN:
► The fault is due to errors in manoeuvring;
► Routine maintenance has not been carried out;
► Routine maintenance has been performed in a way that is technically incorrect;
► Routine maintenance has been carried out by unqualied personnel;
► The power limit of the machine has been exceeded;
► Spare parts are used that are not original and at any rate not supplied or authorised by FERRI;
► The instructions contained in this manual have not been followed;
