4 INSTALLATION AND HANDLING
Always wear safety footwear, overalls, safety gloves and, if necessary, earmu󰀨s and a dust mask during
use and during machine maintenance, repair, handling and storage operations.
4.1 Lifting
To lift the machine, use safety hooks and cables with a suitable lifting capacity, to be
inserted only in the points indicated for lifting, identied by the decals applied on the
machine.
WARNING
The machine may be placed on a wooden board and suitably anchored to it.
The subsequent handling of the machine must be carried out exclusively by means of a fork-lift truck.
The handling operation must be carried out by qualied and trained personnel (sling operators, fork-lift operators, etc.).
Lifting is a delicate manoeuvre, always carried out at the user’s risk.
