Mounting
When measuring in diagonal arrangement, the transducer mounting fixtures are mounted on opposite sides of the pipe
(see Fig. 6.7). When measuring in reflection arrangement, the transducer mounting fixtures are mounted on the same side
of the pipe (see Fig. 6.8).
When measuring in diagonal arrangement with 2 beams in displaced X arrangement, 4 transducer mounting fixtures have
to be mounted. When measuring in reflection arrangement with a small transducer distance, only 1 transducer mounting
fixture has to be mounted (see Tab. 6.1).
In the following, the mounting of 2 transducer mounting fixtures in reflection arrangement is described (1 transducer
mounting fixture for each transducer).
