5.2.5 EPROM Care & Replacement
There are four EPROMs in the MX Control Module. These are
located on the LCS board, on the main processor board, on
the Power Board, and on the DDC option board. Under
normal circumstances, these EPROMs should nor require
replacement. Kits including the EPROMs for the DDC, Main,
and LCD board are available for unit upgrades.
NOTE: DDC firmware and Mainboard firmware must be the
same revision level.
The location of the LCS EPROM is shown in Figure 5.8.
Figure 5.9 shows the location of the Main CPU Board
EPROMs.
NOTE: Remove and replace tie wrap.
