5.4.2 Remounting
STEP 7
a WARNING
Hazardous Voltage! Turn off all power sources to
actuator before remounting terminal block assembly. Power sources
may include main power or control power.
If necessary, to allow terminal block wiring bundle to pass
across the end of the contactor and into the controls
compartment, use a M3 hex key to loosen the two 4 mm
contactor screws (#8-28). Pull contactor assembly off the
screws and lower assembly to create extra space for the wire
harness to pass over the contactor and into the controls
compartment.
STEP 8
Plug power leads L1, L2, and L3 from contactor assembly into
terminal connectors L1, L2, and L3 on back of terminal block.
Verify that o-ring (#1-20) is installed on back of terminal
block. Lightly lubricate o-ring before installing terminal block.
STEP 9
Insert terminal block into terminal block mounting cavity.
