Remove Actuator from Mounting Adapter

STEP 6
Secure thrust base to mounting adapter with mounting bolts.
STEP 7
Actuator remounting
Lower the actuator onto the thrust base, making sure thrust nut lugs
align and properly engage with drive sleeve slots.
STEP 8
Install bolts (#10-10) to secure the actuator to the thrust base
assembly (#10).
STEP 9
a WARNING: Hazardous Voltage! Turn off all power sources before
rewiring incoming power leads L1, L2, L3, and control wiring in the
terminal block.
Reconnect incoming power leads L1, L2, L3, and control
wiring to the terminal block. Restore power source when
ready for operation.
