7.2.5.1 Serial Port
The DCS serial port is configured via the Serial Port screen. Select the appropriate settings, press Accept, navigate to
the main menu and save settings as default when prompted.

7.2.5 DCS Configuration
The DCS Configuration menu allows the user to configure communication port parameters to successfully link the
MSIV to a control system’s host device (DCS, PLC, etc). This menu includes a Serial Port configuration, Ethernet Port
configuration, Data Table registry mapping, and general settings.
