The Peak Hold Time is expired after holding the last peak value. In this case, the signal reverts to the
current object temperature reading and restarts the peak holding process with the given hold time.
The current object temperature reading exceeds the last temperature peak value. In this case, a new
peak reading starts with holding the new peak object temperature.

6.3.2.2 Reset by Trigger
Once the Peak Hold Time is set to 300 s, the peak holding process will be activated by an external trigger input
signal (Trigger high). The post-processed peak hold value stays the same up to the following happens:
The external trigger input signal is pulled down (Trigger GND). In this case, the signal reverts to the
current object temperature reading and deactivates the peak hold function if the external trigger signal
stays pulled to GND.
The current temperature reading exceeds the peak hold temperature. In this case, a new peak reading
starts with holding the new peak. No time limit is active for holding the last peak temperature.
