• allow-all: Allows all paging numbers to page.
• disallow-all: Prohibits all paging numbers from
paging.

exempted numbers in paging-exempt <string>.
• disallow-all-with-exempt: Prohibits all
paging numbers from paging with exceptions. Enter
the exempted numbers in paging-exempt <string>.
