Using the To Do List
The To Do List is a convenient place to create reminders and
prioritize the things that you have to do.
Use the To Do List to:
• Make a quick and convenient list of things to do.
• Assign a priority level to each task.
• Assign a due date for any or all of your To Do List items.
• Assign To Do List items to categories so that you can
organize and view them in logical groups. For more
information, see "Categorizing records" on page 84.
• Sort your To Do List items either by due date, priority level,
or category.
• Attach notes to individual To Do List items for a description
or clarification of the task. For more information, see
"Attaching notes" on page 91.
To open the To Do List:
1. Make sure you’re in PDA mode (see page 15). Then, if necessary,
press the Back button to display the Applications Launcher.
2. Tap the To Do List icon.
To Do List opens to display the category of items you last viewed.
Creating To Do List items
A To Do List item is a reminder of some task that you have to
complete. A record in the To Do List is called an item.
To create a To Do List item:
1. Tap the To Do List icon to display the To Do List.
