9. Auswechseln der Magnetdichtung /
Changing the magnetic seal /
Remplacement du joint magnétique
Wenn die Magnetdichtung beschädigt ist, muss diese ersetzt werden
a) Kühleinheit ausser Betrieb nehmen
b) Türe öffnen und die sechs Senkkopfschrauben am Dichtungsfixierblech innen lösen (KL 230)
c) Dichtungsfixierblech und Magnetdichtung ausbauen (KL 230 )
d) Magnetdichtung vorsichtig aus der Nut ziehen (KE 320)
e) Magnetdichtung ersetzten
f) Alles in umgekehrter Reihenfolge montieren und Funktion überprüfen
The magnetic seal must always by changed if damaged
a) Place the cooling unit out of operation
b) Open the door and unscrew the six countersunk head screws at the inside seal fixing plate (KL 230)
c) Remove the seal fixing plate and the magnetic seal (KL 230)
d) Pull magnetic seal out of the groove (KE 320)
e) Replace the magnetic seal with a new one
f) Mount everything in reverse order and check function.
Si le joint magnétique est endommagé, il faut le remplacer
a) Mettre l'unité frigorifique hors service
b) Ouvrir la porte et dévisser les six vis à tête conique sur la tôle de fixation du joint (KL 230)
c) Démonter la tôle de fixation du joint et le joint magnétique (KL 230)
d) Tirer prudement le joint magnétique de la cannelure (KE320)
e) Remplacer le joint magnétique
f) Monter le tout dans l’ordre inverse et vérifier le fonctionnement
