3.3 Rinse parts coming into contact with the product
Use hot water to rinse the parts that come into contact with the product. Dry them very carefully and
thoroughly. Any residual moisture may lead to malfunctioning.
Parts coming into contact with the chocolate powder are:
Powder chute
Infeed hopper
Mixing chamber
Outlet
These parts are only snapped into place and can be easily removed; after cleaning they can be re-
attached again. Replacement should be undertaken carefully to ensure that the parts are properly fitted.
Switch off the dispenser and close the door.
To prepare the appliance for use, open the door and switch the dispenser on using the yellow main
switch. When the dispenser is ready for operation, place a cup under the outlet and press the Clean
button. This will flush the machine through and indicate whether or not the mixing chamber is properly
seated and sealed.
Close the door; the dispenser is now ready for use.
