Loadable Paper Quantity and Weight
* When using 80 gsm paper
Important • Be sure to load the paper of size and type you set for each tray. Also, it is strongly
recommended to use the standard paper listed in "Supported Paper" (P.36). Using the paper
which size or type is different from the settings may cause the paper jam.
Note • Basis weight is the weight of 1 m
2
of a paper sheet.
• Ream weight is the weight of 1,000 sheets of duodecimo size (788 x 1,091 mm) paper.
• When copying on non-standard size paper from Tray 5, you must enter the paper size.
In case that you often load the non-standard size paper onto Tray 5, you can preset the size
in the paper settings. Once the size is set, the size appears under [Standard Sizes] on the
[Tray 5] screen. For more information on the settings, refer to "Tray 5 - Paper Size Defaults"
(P.120).
