093-919 Remove and shake the yellow cartridge. Contact customer support if this failure is
repeated.
093-920 Remove and shake the magenta cartridge. Contact customer support if this failure is
repeated.
093-921 Remove and shake the cyan cartridge. Contact customer support if this failure is
repeated.
093-922 Remove and shake the black cartridge. Contact customer support if this failure is
repeated.
093-925 Turn off the printer. Confirm the black cartridge is correctly installed, and turn on the
printer. Contact customer support if this failure is repeated.
093-926 Open the side cover. Remove the unsupported black cartridge, and install a supported
cartridge.
093-950 Turn off the printer. Confirm the yellow cartridge is correctly installed, and turn on the
printer. Contact customer support if this failure is repeated.
093-951 Turn off the printer. Confirm the magenta cartridge is correctly installed, and turn on the
printer. Contact customer support if this failure is repeated.
093-952 Turn off the printer. Confirm the cyan cartridge is correctly installed, and turn on the
printer. Contact customer support if this failure is repeated.
093-960 Open the side cover. Remove the unsupported yellow cartridge, and install a supported
cartridge.
093-961 Open the side cover. Remove the unsupported magenta cartridge, and install a
supported cartridge.
093-962 Open the side cover. Remove the unsupported cyan cartridge, and install a supported
cartridge.
093-970 Open the side cover, and make sure that the yellow cartridge is fully installed.
093-971 Open the side cover, and make sure that the magenta cartridge is fully installed.
093-972 Open the side cover, and make sure that the cyan cartridge is fully installed.
093-973 Open the side cover, and make sure that the black cartridge is fully installed.
116-316 Turn off the printer. Remove the 512 MB optional memory module from the slot, and
then reattach it firmly. Turn on the printer. Contact customer support if this failure is
repeated.
116-317 Turn off the printer, and turn it on again. Contact customer support if this failure is
repeated.
116-320 Remove the unsupported additional memory module. Contact customer support if this
failure is repeated.
