Switch the device on
► If necessary, sw itch the monitor o n (see t he operating m anu al for the monitor).

► Press t he ON/OFF switch on t
he front of the device.

The power indicator glows and the device is s tart ed.
Switching the device off
► Shut down the Operatin
g System properly.
DeviceMonitor
► If the Operating System do es not automatically switch the device into energy-saving
mode or switch it off, press the ON/OFF sw itch until the device switches off.
Warning, this could lead to a loss of data!

If the device is swi
tched off, it consume s a minimum of energy.
The on/off switch
does not disconnect the device from the mains voltage. To completely
disconnect the ma
ins voltage, pull the power plug out of the power socket.
