Working with the Table t PC
To op en the Windows Advanced B oot Options menu, first connect an external keyboard to
the device. During the boot process, press th e
F8
button quickly in succession.
Alternatively, you can start the Fujitsu Recovery Program while the
operating system is running.
Please refer to the "Recovery" manual for more information.
The tablet buttons have di
fferent use s in different modes.

This button corresponds to the function of the Windows Start key of the keyboard. If
this butto n is pressed together with the O N /O FF switch, the function is equivalent
to that of the key combination

Decrease volume
This button reduces the volume of the built-in loudspeakers.
Increase volume
This button increases the volume of the built-in loudspeakers.
Lock screen orien tation
Windows 7 / Windows 8:
This button is used to lock and unlock the auto matic rotation of the display.
When you would like to use the Tablet PC as an eBook, for example, you would
use the portrait orientation.
When accessing spreadsheets, you would m ore typically use a landscape
orientation.
