Follow the safety notes in the "Safety/Regulations" manual when
connecting or disconnecting cables.
If a fault occurs, try to correct it as described. I f you fail to correct the problem, proceed as follows:
► Make a note o f the steps and the circumstances that led to the fault. Also
make a note of any error messages displayed.
► Switch the Tablet PC off.
► Please contact th e Hotline/Service Desk.
You can find the telephon e numbers in the service desk list. Ple ase have
the following information ready when you call:
• The mo del name and serial numbe r of the Tablet PC . The serial number
is located on a sticker on the underside of the Tablet PC.
• Notes of any messages that appear on the screen a nd information on a cou stic signals.
• Any changes you have made to the hardware or so ftware after
receiving the Tablet PC.
• Any changes you have made to the BIOS Setup settings after receiving the Tablet PC.
• Your system configuration an d all p eripheral devices connected to your system.
• Your sales contract.

in terms of we
ight, space and energy require ments. Depending on the particular
configuratio
n you have purcha sed , it is possible that functionality ma y be slightly reduced
compared to a
desktop PC if you are running processor-intensive gaming softwa re, e.g.
games with i
ntensive 3D graphics. Updating your hardware with drive rs which h ave not
been appro
ved by Fujitsu Technology Solutions may result in performance losses, data
losses or m
alfunction of the equipment. A list of approved drivers and current BIOS

Help if pr
oblems occur
Should you encounter a problem with your computer that you cannot resolve yourself:
► Note the I D number of your device. The ID number is found on the type rating
plate on the back or underside of the casing.
► For further clarificat ion of the prob lem, contact the Service Desk for your country (see the
Service Desk list or visit the Internet at

do this, please have ready the ID number and serial number of your system.
