WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM
At some installations, the feedwater supply to the steam boiler may require
treatment in order to meet the Steam Boiler Feedwater Quality specification
on the installation drawing.
NOTE
Reverse osmosis (RO) water treatment systems of various capacities may
be purchased from Getinge. The Model HS-300 Water Treatment System
meets the requirements of one 633HC Steam Sterilizer. For installations
where one water treatment system will supply multiple sterilizers, consult
your Getinge representative.
The manufacturer’s instruction manual includes important maintenance
information. After the water treatment system is installed, leave the manual
with the equipment to ensure that it will be available for future reference.
Connect the permeate water out (RO) supply from the water treatment
system to the hot water inlet on the steam boiler.
