ET26 A26 DRYER TEMP L Temperature of drying air has not reached set point -20°C after 2 minutes
of drying.
Possible action for electrically heated machine:
a. Measure the current in all phases to the electrical heater.
Possible action for steam heated machine:
a. Check the steam valve.
b. Check that the ball valve is open and that the filter not is
obstructed.
c. Check the steam pressure (according the installation manual).
d. Check the steam trap.
e. Check so there is no pressure in the steam trap.
ET28 A28 T SENS CHAMB If error in temperature sensor in the chamber.
Possible action:
a. Check the temperature sensor's connection (for damage or
short circuit).
ET29 A29 T SENS INDEP If error in independent temperature sensor in the chamber.
Possible action:
a. Check the temperature sensor's connection (for damage or
short circuit).
ET30 A30 T SENS DRYER If error in temperature sensor for dryer.
Possible action:
a. Check the connection of the temperature sensor (for damages
or short circuit).
ET31 A31 CHAMB TEMP L Chamber temperature not increased more than 10°C within 8 minutes of
heating.
Possible action for electrically heated machine:
a. Measure the current in all phases to the electrical heater.
Possible action for steam heated machine:
a. Check the steam valve.
b. Check that the ball valve is open and that the filter not is
obstructed.
c. Check the steam pressure (according the installation manual).
d. Check the steam trap.
e. Check so there is no pressure in the steam trap.
ET32 A32 DEV TEMP H Deviation of more than ±1 between the temperature in the chamber and
independent temperature in the chamber for more than 30 seconds
during temperature control.
Possible action:
a. Check the calibration of the temperature sensors. See section
Temperature sensors, Page 135
b. Checking the temperature sensors.
