- Blinking red on transmitter coil indicates wrong supply (e.g. charger is
connected when transmitter switch is on). In this case the instrument is not
ready for measurement.
When the instrument is on, battery conditions are currently shown by three
indicators on the control unit display ( ) – see picture below (Tr on the left –
transmitter, Re in the middle – receiver, CU on the right – control unit). The fully
charged battery is shown as ( ). If the battery is discharged ( ) is shown,
finish the current measurement and charge or exchange the battery. Critical
discharge of any battery is signalized with periodic beeping.
It is strictly prohibited to supply the transmitter from any other source
than from original Li-Ion battery pack or from internal AA battery holder.
