Troubleshooting
When troubleshooting, try to check each part of the system independently; try one solution
at a time and proceed in a systematic way.
Electrical Problems

Pump does not operate—no

Press the ON/OFF key on the
indicator panel

Program a flow rate of zero
and a composition of zero at
the desired end time for all
solvents

connected correctly between
pumps and that GSIOC ID #s

check GSIOC connectors, the
baud rate and ID of the slave
