of the generator, check whether the
line is properly connected, and
confirm whether the parameters such
as output voltage, current, and power
on the back-up side exceed the
parameter requirements of the
specification. If the cable is not
properly connected, check and
reconnect it. If the parameters exceed
the requirements of the specifications,
reset the parameters according to the
requirements. If the circuit is intact
and the parameter settings are within
the specified range, but the problem
persists, please contact your dealer or
after-sales service center.
2. When the port is connected to a
heavy load, turn off the heavy load,
check if the line is properly connected,
and confirm if the load exceeds the
requirements of the specification. If
the cable is not properly connected,
check and reconnect it. If the load
exceeds the requirements in the
specification, reduce the load. If the
cables are well connected and the
load does not exceed the
specifications, and the fault still exists,
please contact your dealer or after-
sales service center.
