Connect the cooling body:
First of all, the cooling connections need to be provided
for the additional cooling body. For this purpose, the rear
water distributor (78) needs to be modified.
Loosen screw connection (79) at Pos.1 (SW14) and
pull off the end of the coolant hose (80). Also pull off
the union nut.
Connect the end of the coolant hose (80) with the
supplied length of hose by means of the pre-assembled
connection bracket (81).
Push the union nut, which was pulled off before, on the
second remaining hose end (82). By means of the union
nut, reconnect the hose to the free screw connection at
Pos.1 (79) of the water distributor.
Secure the new length of hose with the supplied cable
tie (83). For this purpose, tie both hoses together in the
upper area by means of the cable tie (83).
Secure the additional coolant hose to the coolant hose
assembly by means of adhesive strap and cable tie
(84).
At the other end of the length of hose, you can now
connect the cooling body Ø 40 - 50 HD in the same
way as the other cooling bodies. The connection posi-
tions are arbitrary.
To finalise the extension procedure, start up the devices
again and perform a leakage test.
Retighten any leaking screw connections.
After any intervention on the water circuit, check the cool-
ant level in the cooler.
4.2.5 Retrofit coil holder (option)
When a coil is not in use it can be deposited on a coil
holder (86).
The coil holder (86) can be retrofitted and is mounted at
the rear of the device above the water distributor (79).
Mounting instructions
Push the coil holder (86) on the mounting bracket of
the water distributor (78).
The coil that is not in use can now be inserted laterally
and thus be stored in the same way as with the linear unit.
