To adjust the hand-posion angle of the front handlebars
Rotate the angle of the handlebars to a comfortable posion by using the two levers below the handlebars.

• Loosen the levers by turning them counterclockwise. Then grasp the front of the handlebars and
adjust them inward or outward to a comfortable posion for general quilng. Tighten the levers by
turning them clockwise when you are happy with the posion.

When micro quilng, you’ll want to have your hands (and therefore, handlebars) close to the quilt top.
In addion to adjusng the angle of the front handlebars, you can adjust how closely posioned the
handlebars are relave to the quilt.
• Use the 5mm hex tool to loosen the bolt at the back of the handlebars. Grasp the handlebars and
lt them closer to the quilt unl they are in a comfortable posion for micro quilng. Then ghten
the bolt with the hex tool.
 NOTE: If you expect to regularly alternate between regular quilng and micro quilng, we
recommend that you replace the boom bolt at the back of the front handlebars with the extra
lever bolt that was provided. Use the 5mm hex tool to loosen and then remove the boom bolt
at the back of the handlebars. Screw in the extra lever bolt and nger ghten.
Congurable Handlebar Buons
The Innity handlebars are congurable so you can decide which funcons you want the le and right
handlebar buons to do when pressed. Once congured, the front and back handlebars work the same.
The machine comes from the Handi Quilter factory congured to have the right handlebar control starng
and stopping quilng and increasing stching speed in Manual mode or stches per inch in Regulated
mode. The le handlebar controls cycling the needle up and down and slowing the stching speed or
decreasing stches per inch. However, you can switch the funcons from one side to the other. You can
also select from several funcons and assign one to the star buon and another to the diamond buon.
For example, choose to have the diamond buon perform a bobbin-thread cut and the star buon to
perform a eo.
