Sine wave interpolation
The result is calculated in the actual sample interval by mathematical processing. This
method bends the signal waveform to produce ordinary shapes that are more realistic
than pure square waves and pulses. Sinusoidal interpolation is recommended when the
sampling rate is 3 to 5 times the system bandwidth.
Step interpolation
Insert the value of the previous sample point between adjacent sample points. This
algorithm is the same as the normal sampling of the oscilloscope ADC. The data is
interpolated by sample-hold method to improve the sampling rate of the signal.
Linear interpolation
Connect a straight line directly between adjacent sample points. This method is limited to
reconstructing signals with straight edges, such as square waves. Sinusoidal
interpolation uses curves to connect sampling points and has more universality.
