10.2.2 Keypad
The keys on the keypad have special functions and are labeled using a symbol or abbreviated word
describing its primary function. Alpha-numeric entry is a secondary function of the keys. Each key is
described in the following subsections.

KEY FUNCTION
Primary Function: Accesses the pre-stored menu.
Secondary Function: Activates a selected item within the menu. This is similar to an “Enter” key.
Scrolls through available menu items.
Activates one of any programmable software options selected during the PC programming, including: high/low TX
power and talkaround.
Toggles SCAN operation ON and OFF.
Adds/Deletes selected groups or channels from SCAN list of the currently selected system.
