counter reset to 0; the closing-run timer starts up again the next time the gate
opens.
Closure from the partOPEN position 7.7.2
When the partOPEN position is reached, the control system can
automatically close the gate again after an adjustable time period (0 to 255
seconds). If a value of 0 is entered, the closing-run timer is switched off and the
gate remains in the PartOPEN position until the next CLOSE or OPEN command.
Menu: “Settings”, “Set timer”, “TMR partOPEN”: set to “xxx”.
Example: If the “TMR partOPEN Stop” parameter is set to 5 and the system is in
automatic mode, a time counter starts when the gate reaches the partOPEN limit
position that automatically initiates the gate closure movement after 5 seconds. If
a further partOPEN command is issued during this period, or if there is a static
partOPEN persistent command, the time counter is re-started.
This value can also be entered by the customer without entering a password.
The conditions for reversing upon the activation of a safety strip are the
same for this closing-run timer as those already described for the “hold-
open time”.
Closing from intermediate positions 7.7.3
If the gate must always close again automatically after an adjustable time period
(0 to 255 seconds) (automatic closure run), irrespective of the two previously
described gate positions, this may be set using the “TMR Autom. Close”
parameter. This function applies to all gate positions, except the OPEN limit
position and partOPEN. If the value 0 is entered here, the gate remains in the
intermediate position until the next movement command.
Menu: “Service Access”, “Password Input”: Enter password.
Menu: “Settings”, “Set timer”, “TMR Autom. Close”: set to “xxx”.
Example: If the preset time is 20 and the system is in automatic mode, when
the motor stops outside the CLOSED limit position (and is not stopped with the
STOP key) a time counter starts that automatically closes the gate again after 20
seconds.
This value can only be changed if the password has been entered.
