Cycle counter 7.8.1
A maintenance requirement can be triggered after a certain number gate
movements. When the defined number of gate movements is reached or
exceeded, the event “maintenance request” is triggered in the control system. In
the event of an active maintenance request the display shows the message
. In the delivery state, the value for the number of gate movements is preset at
5000 movements. The maintenance after gate cycles can be changed as follows:
Menu: “Service Access”, “Password Input”: Enter password
Menu: “Settings”, “Special parameters”, “Maint.foll. cycles”: set to “zz”
The entry “zz” defines a number of cycles (in 1000 cycles) in which the gate
moves “Open” and then “Closed” again. The counter is incremented every time
the “CLOSE” limit position is reached. If the counter reaches the preset value of
“zz”, the maintenance request is activated by the control system.
The value “zz” is the maximum number of gate cycles (in 1000 cycles) (CLOSE,
OPEN, CLOSE) until the service request. The adjustable values mean:
0 = no maintenance request after number of movement cycles
25 = 25000 complete OPEN and CLOSE movements
Motor runtime counter 7.8.2
A maintenance requirement based upon the motor runtime (in hours) is also
possible with the aid of an adjustable parameter. In the delivery state, this option
is not used and the value is preset to 0 hours. Maintenance based upon the motor
runtime can be parametrised as follows:
Menu: “Service Access”, “Password Input”: Enter password
Menu: “Settings”, “Special parameters”, “Maintenance run time”: set to a
value in number of hours
Maintenance interval 7.8.3
For maintenance of the gate at regular intervals, a maintenance requirement may
be defined after a certain time has elapsed (number of months). When the
defined time is reached or exceeded, the event “maintenance request” is triggered
in the control system. In the delivery state, the value for the interval is preset at
12 months. The maintenance interval can be parametrised as follows:
