Gate status display 7.12.2
The gate status menu summarizes all information representing the current status
of the control system in connection with the gate.
The menu is accessed via “Diagnosis”, “Gate status” and has the following sub-
items for information:
The current gate status detected by the software is
displayed. (OPEN/CLOSE/PartOPEN/STOP)
Input:
87654321
Value:
00100010
The logical signal levels at the input terminals of the control
system are displayed. The sequence corresponds to the
inputs In8 to In1.
An input with signal level high is displayed as “1”.
In the example, the inputs In2 and In6 are at a potential of
+24 V.
Output: --321
Value: --100
The status of the output relay is shown with its logical
values. An activated relay is marked with “1”.
The sequence corresponds to the outputs Rel3 to Rel1.
In this example, relay Rel3 is active.
Movement
cycles
5217 / 19
The total number of movements, and the number of
movements since the last maintenance, are shown.
The total number of motor operating hours and the number
of hours since the maintenance are shown here.
Last
maintenance
7 months
The number of months that have elapsed since the last
maintenance is shown here.
To ensure the regular maintenance of the gate, a maintenance interval can be
defined based upon elapsed time, number of gate movements or motor runtime.
Combinations of these three conditions are also possible. When one of these
events is reached, the message “< Maintenance > required” appears in the
display.
Such a maintenance request can be reset using the last menu item from this gate
status menu (see Section: 7.8.5)
