9.3 Change the User Language Preference
Users can set the language on the user interface to automatically change to their
individual preference when logging in.
1. At the Select Patient screen, select the Admin button.
Note
You can also access My Settings through the taskbar. Select the User Name area then
select My Settings in the pop-up menu.
2. In the Operators group of the Admin screen, select the My Settings button. The Edit
Operator screen opens.
3. Use the Right Arrow button to go to the fourth page of the Edit Operator screen.
(You can also use the round buttons above the virtual keyboard to select the fourth
page.)
4. In the Locale field, select the language from the drop-down list.
5. Select Save, then select OK to the Update Successful message. The user interface
changes to the selected language.
9.4 Set Multi Line Procedure Tabs
You can set the operator preferences to display more of the procedure name in the top of
the procedure tabs. To change the procedure tabs from a single line of text to multiple
lines of text:
1. At the Select Patient screen, select the Admin button.

select My Settings in the pop-up menu.
2. In the Operators group of the Admin screen, select the My Settings button. The Edit
Operator screen opens.
3. Use the Right Arrow button to go to the fourth page of the Edit Operator screen.

page.)
4. Select Use Multi Line Procedure Tabs. A check mark appears when the Multi Line
option is selected.
5. Select Save, then select OK to the Update Successful message. The Procedure tabs
change to the selected amount of lines.
