4 Operation

4.1 Overview

This section provides the information and processes involved for both Digitally Enhanced (DE) and

HART operation using the 3-button option.

4.2 Three-Button Operation

The ST 800 optional three-button interface provides a user interface and operational capability without

opening the transmitter. Figure 17 shows the location of the three-button option and the labels for each

button.
