Xenon/Granit User Guide 133
User-Specified Aimer Delay
If you want to set your own length for the duration of the delay, scan the bar code
below, then set the time-out by scanning digits (0 - 4,000 ms) from the
Programming Chart, beginning on page 353, then Save.
Active Aimer
Note: Active Aimer is only supported by the Granit 1920i.
By default, the scanner and the aiming beam remain off until you press the trigger.
When Active Aimer is set to On, whenever the scanner is moved, the aiming beam
appears so you can aim, then scan a bar code with a trigger press.
Aimer Mode
This feature allows you to turn the aimer on and off. When the Interlaced bar code
is scanned, the aimer is interlaced with the illumination LEDs. Default = Interlaced
Note: Granit 1980i and 1981i do not support Aimer Mode.
