4 Maintaining the MSD
To adjust the RF coils
8 Repeat steps 4 through 7 for 650 amu.
The minimum voltage is typically between 500 and 650 mV.
9 Exit the Set RFPA program.
10 Select
MS OFF from the Diagnostics menu.
11 Reinstall the upper MSD cover.
12 Tune the MSD (page 48).
