F17.02 = 0, it means broadcast address.
F17.03 Host PC response time 0 - 1000 [1ms]
F17.04 Detection time at communication timeout 0.0 - 1000.0 [0.0s]
Time at no communication data > setting time of F17.04, it will be considered as communication timeout,
inverter report E0028 and continue running.
F17.04 = 0, it will not detect communication timeout.
F17.05 Detection time at communication error 0.0 - 1000.0 [0.0s]
Time at communication error > setting time of F17.05, inverter report E0029 and continue running.
F17.05 = 0, it will not detect the communication error.

Units: parameters storage selection except F00.13
Tens: F00.13 and F19.03 storage selection
0: Do not store to EEPROM.
1: Store to EEPROM
Note: Caution! When tens=1, it may cause damage to inverter.
F17.10 Detection time of networking communication timeout 0.0 - 1000.0 [0.0s]
Communication timeout means when the interval of two sets of data (including local and non-local data) >
F17.10.
Inverter report E0028 and continue running at communication timeout.
F17.10 = 0, do not detect communication timeout.
