2. Push the holding rail backwards away from the mounting bar. See (3) in Figure 3-7.
3. Remove the front end of the holding rail from the inner side of the mounting bar. See (4)
in Figure 3-7.
4. Push the plate into the ball bearing rail kit. See (5) in Figure 3-7.
Step 6 Remove the rear end of the holding rail.
