2. Completely open the ejector lever(s) on the compute node. See (2) in Figure 6-6 and
Figure 6-7.
3. Horizontally pull out the compute node from the chassis. See (3) in Figure 6-6 and
Figure 6-7.
4. Close the ejector lever(s) on the compute node. See (4) in Figure 6-6 and Figure 6-7.
5. Place the removed compute node into an ESD bag.
An ESD bag can hold only one compute node.
Step 4 Determine whether to replace the components in the compute node.
l If yes, replace the faulty components. For details, see the CHxxx Compute Node User
Guide.
