3. Remove the three plastic sealing rings from the sealing plate screws holes in
the suspended ceiling, and loosen the four M4 captive screws securing the
sealing plate.
When removing the sealing plate from the suspended ceiling, assign one
person to remove the screws while the other holds the sealing plate. Pay
attention not to damage the light inside the ceiling plate.
