Interface Numbering
An interface is numbered in the format of slot number/card number/port number
Slot number: The slots of LPUs are numbered from 1 to 3. The slot number increases from bottom to
top, facing the front panel of the NE40E (there are corresponding marks on the panel).
Card number: The cards of LPUs are numbered from right to left and from bottom to top beginning
with 0. If there is no card on a board, the card number is set to 0.
Port number: The ports of LPUs are numbered from top to bottom and from right to left beginning with
0.
