This is the Standard Event Status Enable command. This command enables the Standard Event Status Register to
update bit
5 of the status byte. The Structure of the Standard Event Status Enable Register and Standard Event
Status Register are shown in Figure 3.9. The contents of these two registers is logically ANDed then the bits are
ORed to get the Event Summary Bit message.
