(FOP)
is
a
communication
protocol
used
to
connect
the
controller
with
various
MES systems.
To
enable
FOP,
select
the
Enable
Protocol
field
to
show
indicator
in
ON
position.
To
enable
logs,
select
the
Enable
Logs
field
to
show
indicator
in
ON
position.
Fields
displayed
on
the
FOP
screen
are
described
as
follows:
Field Description
FOP
Version
Information
Read
only
field
containing
the
supported
FOP
version.
Job
ID
Number
that
uniquely
identifies
the
controller
on
the
FOP
system.
Controller
Name
Name
that
uniquely
identifies
the
controller.
The
name
provided
must
be
in
plain
ASCII
text.
Port
Number Number
that
identifies
the
port.
Retry
Interval
(Sec)
The
amount
of
time
to
wait
before
sending
the
message
again
in
case
of
no
reply.
Number
of
Retries
The
maximum
number
of
times
to
retry
sending
a
message
before
declaring
that
the
communication
is
lost
with
the
station
computer.
Enter
the
information
in
the
fields
and
then
select
Save.
