3.5 SATA Interface
• All SATA ports from PCH are SATA Gen3 6Gbps capable.
• The RVP supports 2x legacy SATA cable vertical connectors.
• The RVP supports 1x Zero Power ODD interface as part of Energy Efficient Desktop
systems requirement.
• The RVP supports 1x M.2 SSD 2280 slot that is configurable as either a x4 PCIe*
Gen3 or x1 SATA interconnect.
• The RVP also supports two x4 PCIe* slots from the PCH that can be used to plug-in
external storage Add-In-Cards.
• The M.2 slot and the two x4 PCIe* slots are NVMe* capable and remappable.
